Tyrrell’s Wines 2006 Hunter Valley Broken Back
Shiraz NSW
A
dark red brick in colour with great clarity and a glossy sheen to it. Lovely
dusty oak pop’s out followed by dark berries with some damp forest under growth
and a hint of new leather. On the palate ripe black berries and herbaceous
rainforest up front, a candy black forest cake feel about it without being
sweet. There is nice tannin’s that tingle my tongue that is super smooth as a
10 year old shiraz should be. We enjoyed this with a juicy grill grilled scotch
fillet Yummolicious 18/20 Cheers Gaz
