Voyager Estate 2013 Shiraz, Margaret River WA

Blood plum in colour with great depth and shine. A slight tingle to the nose hairs tells tale signs of alcohol vapours, sweet candied fruit reminiscent of strawberry and cream lollies. Lively on the palate, drinking as a young wine needing more time to mellow. Sweet over ripe strawberries come through supported by oak and tannin’s, seems thin and short in length, just needs more time, 16/20 Tasted at Valhalla’s Shiraz of the world event. Cheers Gaz
