Silver Moki 2014 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

The wine is pale straw in colour with a slight green hew. Tropical fruits pop out from the glass with lemon and lime citrus notes, along with a hint of lime stone to finish. A full and lush palate of kiwi fruit and greenish pineapple that hangs around for a dance on your tongue, the finish is crisp and zingy leaving you wanting just a bit more. As an inexpensive wine under $10 I was surprised with what it offers, it adds up to great value for money. Would go nicely with a salad of seared scallops with a blood orange dressing. 16/20 Cheers Gaz
