Tyrrell’s 2013 Moon Mountain Chardonnay, Hunter Valley
A pale straw in colour. Nice oak up front with some baked pavlova, teasing
me in to thinking back to old school chardy style yeah. The palate is full,
rich and creamy none of that crisp apples here just ripe peaches and new oak,
nice tannins and balanced acid great drinking with 3 to 5 years ageing by why wait
? It would be lovely with a char grilled calamari salad. This is a great wine
for the price Cheers Gaz
