Wynn 2003 Coonawarra Estate Shiraz

Another from the cellar. A dark red brick in colour with a lovely sheen like a mirror surface. Old world violets pop up follow by some spice, dusty oak and lanolin that transcend me to an old sheering shed. Full and silky smooth filling the palate with mixed dark berries, supported by nicely balanced Oak. Would be nice with a gelatinous beef cheeks & smashed potato.
Cheers Gaz
