Tasmanian Hill 2013 Pinot Noir



A bright cherry red in colour with Moroccan spices up front, some American oak and vanilla under-tones. A light medley of raspberries and strawberries, with a tight thin feel, some grippy tannins that all slips though like jelly and ice cream. A nice and simple pinot that we enjoyed with bangers and mash.
