It's a dark cherry in colour that’s vibrant in the glass. New oak pops its
head up first, closely followed by bracken and tree fern under growth with
some dark fruits. A bit grippy that gives way to a full and broad feel, hints
of dark cherries and mixed dark fruits. It’s nice, young and exciting; in a
little time it should Morphett into something truly beautiful. We enjoyed it
with roast pork and apple puree.
