The wine has a lovely presents in the glass with green and gold hue,
while on the nose there is freshly cut clover, some chalkiness followed by
steely fruit salad. The palate is more subdued than I remember, there’s no voluptuous
Monstera deliciosa (fruit salad plant). There is a chalky lemon and lime zest
with a little green stone fruit, the finish lasting and crisp. I would enjoy
this wine with some white peaches wrapped in Jamon Iberico ham. Cheers Gaz.
The colour is light green straw drying in the sun; it has a lovely shine
to it in the glass. The nose has some lime stone and chalk up front followed by
a little asparagus and peach blossoms. The palate is pungent gooseberries with
a little grassiness and coats the tongue from front to back; it finishes with
nice firm crispness leaving your palate clean and refreshed. I would match it
with butter seared scallops on a bed of endives. Cheers Gaz
