Wynn’s 2015 Coonawarra Shiraz

It is a very dark blood plum
in colour, the depth goes all the way to the rim of the glass. First on the
nose I get pink fair floss with dark forest fruits and some nice cedar oak,
very inviting. On the palate Blackberries dominate with soft oak and firm
tannins. It is a big bold style and a old favourite of mine, I will crab some
to put away. We enjoyed it with a Beef rib eye and mash with and onion
