Hereford 2015 Shiraz Heathcote Victoria

Black cherry in colour that is rich, dark and glossy. Smells sweet on the nose, candy fruit is the call with the ripeness of raspberry and strawberry lollies. There is dusty oak and purple violets sitting in the back ground. It is full and broad on the palate with bright red candy fruit and damp earthiness, the finish is long and smooth. We enjoyed it with char grilled scotch fillet, 17/20 cheers Gaz
