Bright and shiny that is a light straw in
colour. The nose smells of apple blossom and talc with it is like I can smell
the taste of acid, something new and different! The palate is all about green
Granny Smith apples that coat the mouth with a nice smooth finish. It is a nice
wine just perfect for spring and a yummy tiger prawn warm salad. 15/20 Cheers Gaz
