Chardonnay, Coonawarra, South Australia
The
colour is a pale straw with a consistent depth and clarity. The nose is on the
citrus side grapefruit comes to mind with a hint of lees. It’s in the acidic
style of the current chardonnay trend with finger limes, floral notes and talc
all coming together in harmony. I'm thinking fresh banana prawn’s would go
