Clyde Park 2015 Pinot Noir, Geelong,
Victoria, Australia
A
dark cherry in colour just like the ones your find on a black forest cake. On
the nose there is dusty oak up first, crisp light red cherries with a whiff of
green leafiness. The feel in the mouth is tight with grippy tannin’s, given
some time to breath really dark ripe cherries appear almost plums. The oak dances
around with a hint of savoury game meat, its way to young will be even better
in a couple more years. We enjoyed this some Brie, Jarmon and baguette’s 16/20 Yummolicious
cheers Gaz
