Wither Hills 2014 Sauvignon Blanc
Marlborough NZ
A
light white gold with a greenish hue. Hints of passionfruit seep from the glass
followed by some green granny smith apples with under tones of freshly cut
grass. The palate is closed compared to the nose, after a swirl of the glass
out pops greenish passionfruit, citrus grapefruits and crisp acid leaving a
clean fresh finish that gives it the feel of a summer wine. I’m thinking of
salad of chilli prawns. 15/20 cheers Gaz
