A
rich bright gold in colour with a nice shine to it. Aromas of Pungent cut grass
up front, followed by hints of pineapple and very ripe pears. On the palate
there is baked pavlova that is brown and crunchy with ripe nashi fruit. The
feel is tight and quite thin, some soft and gentle acid that allows for a long
finish. It’s a fun wine that is well suited to charred chicken shashliks on
