Almost crystal clear with a light green fringe on the edge. Kiwi and
passion fruit up front that leads to freshly cut grass and tropical fruits. A
lovely mouth feel, broad and silky with a crisp lasting finish. The tropical
fruits flow through to the palate with Kiwi fruit having more presents. I like
the textural feel created by the wild yeast ferment that would be perfect with
