It is bright and shiny as it dances in the sun’s rays; the colour
is light straw with a green tinge. On the nose a bit of limestone and chalk
dust, then some crisp white peaches and peach blossom. On the
palate there’s fresh white stone fruits of nectarines and peaches with gentle acidity
leading to a lingering finish. It is a light and fresh style, lovely to sip on
a nice spring day, maybe with a smoke salmon Caesar salad.
