Drummond’s 2010 Pinot Noir Dinan’s Block
Corrina Vinyard, Leongatha, Sth Gippsland. These wines are
made with minimal interference both in the vineyard & the winery; hence the
wines are funky in nature. A dark cherry in colour with a cloudy hue about it. Nice
oak up front on the nose followed by some fresh Rhubarb. A thick feel on the
pallet with dark berries & ripe dark cherries, some under growth with
bracken fern. WOW very yummy, prefect with slow braised duck in Asian spices.
