The colour is a very pale straw with tinges of green shining through. The nose is chalk and crushed blue stone with the sweet aroma of freshly opened silage. (Fermenting grass, stock feed) The palate is alive with a zingy lemon and lime sherbet, some under ripe apricots and flint stone. It lingers on the finish leaving the palate refreshed hanging for a little more. It very nice just on its own why wait for dinner. Cheers Gaz
