It is straw yellow in colour with the clarity of crystal clear
spring snow stream, this wine has a fantastic presents in the glass. Oak and lee’s
come to the fore on the first sniff, followed by some of mum's caramelised Pavlova
with some freshly picked green figs. Time pick them if you have a tree out
back. No tricks here the palete is just like the nose plus ripe white peaches and
balanced crisp acidity. It was well matched with our chicken Florentine, cheers
