A nice deep ruby colour with
great clarity. The nose of sharping grey lead pencils forges forward from the
glass, reminiscent of school days for me. After breathing there is
some forest floor and tree ferns with a little meatiness. The pallet is full of
candied red cherries with firm tannins that seem to linger at the back of the
tongue. At the price of $14 it is good value for money and a nice every day
pinot to enjoy with pork sausages and good old smashed potatoes. Cheers Gaz
