A pale straw in colour that is crystal clear right to the rim. On
the nose there is some match stick strike with flint stone and a little damp hay,
while lurking in the back ground there are some white peaches and rock melons.
On the palate lush Rock melons dance on the tongue with you know that green
flesh near the rind. There is some new oak with hints of biscuit from a barrel
ferment. It is a nice wine that paired well with our Chicken Florentine 15/20
