A dark garnet in colour with great clarity, which is amazing considering racking only no filtering; yep it is a sedimentary style. Dusty oak up front with stewed plums and cherries on the jammy side with a hint of leafiness. On the palate there are bright red fruits of over ripe raspberries and boysenberries with a hint of leafiness. It is full, long lasting with super smooth soft tannins. We enjoyed it with Osso Bucco witch was a nice match, 16/20 Cheers Gaz
