Inky black with a underlying purple hue. Nice oak pops out followed by
super ripe blackberries with some tree fern and forest floor, it’s an inviting
nose. Wow a very full mouth feel and a lush coating of the palate.
Blackberries, lovely cigar box oak with nice acid and tannins all in harmony. It’s
a young wine that will improve with some time if you can wait. I am putting a
few in the cellar for 8 to 10 years. We enjoyed this with a rich Osso Bucco, Yummolicious
more please. Cheers Gaz
