Louis Latour 2007 Grand Vin Bourgogne – Meursault

A bright & shinny chardonnay that is light straw in colour. There is some dusty chalk board up front followed by a little nougat & green pears, then some flint & brim stone. It is mouth filling with a creamy smooth feel on the palate, really quite voluptuous. There are some citrus notes of lime followed by baked pavlova & star fruit. I think it would match nicely with a zesty summer blue swimmer crab salad.
