The colour is a light
straw, on the nose there is some fresh yellow fruits, apricot pop up then some
yeasty lee’s and vanilla oak all
humming nicely in tune. On the pallet there’s chewy oak up front (Oh yeah an
oaked Sav/Blanc) Big in flavours of apricots, ripe peaches and bake pavlova with
a nice touch of new French oak. Wow I say this is very Frenchy in style and
doubt any one would pick it for a S/B in a blind tasting. I would love to drink it daily but above my budget, but is well worth it for a treat so I've put some in my cellar.
